Singer/Songwriter Week with Monty & Anna
July 21-28, 2013
C Lazy U is honored to welcome back Monty Powell and Anna Wilson for 2013! Join these Grammy winning artists at this popular event. This year they will bring their highly acclaimed singer-songwriter show, Song Tales, to the C Lazy U Ranch. Powell will perform his string of country hits made famous by Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Tim McGraw and others, while giving an insiders look behind the curtain by telling humorous and moving stories about the songs and the artists he works with. Wilson’s sultry jazz vocals shine a light on Great American Songbook standards mixed with her own original jazz compositions that pay tribute to the Tin Pan Alley era. Last year this week sold out quickly and was featured in the Chicago Tribune, Miami Herald, Kansas City Star and Dallas Morning News.

Julie Goodnight Horse & Yoga Clinic for Women

The C Lazy U, in cooperation with Julie Goodnight, have put together a riding and yoga retreat for women (October) and a ranch riding adventure for adult riders of all levels (September). Take advantage of discounted rates for world-class accommodations with programming, riding, and yoga included. Some participants will bring their own horses and others will use one of the great horses at the ranch.
The clinic sessions are fun and productive with all riders and horses working at their own pace. Julie is there to make sure you have a good time, stay safe and learn something. She is really good at putting everyone at ease and making you feel confident. From Julie’s point of view, she is there for you—not the other way around.
