Summer Season 2010
 
Our summer season starts in June and runs through the end of August.  We typically do a seven night stay with arrivals on Sunday and departures on the following Sunday.  Our summer packages are all-inclusive, giving you all the essentials (plus some!) for a memorable vacation. 

All you need--lodging, dining, a personal horse during the duration of your stay, pool and hot tub, hiking, mountain biking, and so much more is included in your nightly rate.  The only items which incur an extra charge are spa treatments, trap shooting, ropes course adventure, and bar charges.

Kids Stay Free
Our "Kids Stay Free" weeks are a great opportunity to enjoy a family vacation at our exclusive resort for a very affordable rate!   Kids, 12 and under, stay free with each paying adult.  Below are the weeks in which we offer this special promotion:

           June           6th-June 13th
           July            4th-11th
          August       15th - 22nd

            
Rates vary based on number of people, number of rooms, type and location of accommodations. Rates include upscale accommodations, three meals daily, trail rides with a horse assigned to each guest for the duration of their stay, lake and stream fishing, evening entertainment, swimming in a heated pool, tennis, whirlpool, sauna, game room, exercise facility and supervised programming for children and teens.

• Children under age three require a nanny.

• 20% service charge and sales tax of 5.7% are not included in the rates.

• We Accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

• No Pets Please.

• We are open for conferences and retreats prior to June 8 and after September 19.

All reservations should be made in advance. An advance deposit of 30% of the total lodging amount is required. This amount is credited to your account or is refunded if we are notified of a cancellation 60 days in advance of your arrival date. If a reservation is canceled under 60 days in advance of your arrival and we are unable to rent the space, the entire deposit is forfeited.  We strongly advise you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. You may obtain this insurance through your insurance carrier or travel agent.

Groups

Please contact us since we create a proposal geared toward each unique group.  Our preferential group rate of  per night, single occupancy or per person, per night double occupancy includes three meals daily, coffee breaks, conference space and equipment, and most recreational activities. A 20% service charge (in lieu of tipping) is applicable to the daily rate as is 5.7% sales tax. Due to the wide variation of participation, group rates do not include skeet or trap, cocktail parties or special events beyond the range of activities normally offered by the C Lazy U.
